Our light order never arrived and despite many emails it is now nearly 6 months. The customer service gave us a tracking number that does not work and the last entry was for another delivery company not DPD who said it received an order in Jan but no parcel received. Awful. The last email I had was curt saying use the same tracking number and close the case. Well I am not going to until I get my money back. I only gave 1 star rating as had to. They deserve zero.
I ordered a sweatshirt for my daughter for her birthday. After over a month, and with no way to really track it, the item finally arrived but was too small. I requested to exchange it for a larger size. They gave me various excuses and after two weeks said they could not exchange it. That is a ridiculous return policy for clothing? When have you ever been unable to exchange or return something that doesn't fit! I regret ever buying from them-this company is not legitimate and should not be in business! Stay away!

If I could leave a 0 star review I would. I ordered a $350 light from them and when it arrived it looked so cheap and nothing like the light from the website. It was horrible. I would never hang the light they sent me. I've emailed them over and over about the light and they have yet to respond. DONT GET RIPPED OFF BY THIS COMPANY!
I ordered a large amount of lighting and it arrived in perfect condition. I paid extra for delivery and recommend when buying anything fragile to do the same. My lights are beautiful and when I wanted spare glass covers these were easily arranged.
So many bad reviews but my experience with Beautiful Halo has been fantastic.

Here are the only items we received. We believe none of the parts are for this chandelier. The gold plated ceiling plate is missing circles to hook chains. Chains not included. There wasn't a rod. The piece holding the light bulbs was wired backwards. Please send all the parts as we must have received parts for another model. We have more photos if needed.

Absolutely crooked! Ordered two wall lights arrived rusty, damaged and with no earth cable! Requested a refund as the lights had taken 3months to arrive from China. I was told I would have to return them at my own expense and they would also charge delivery too, so there would be no balance to refund as the shipping is expensive! Don’t buy from these people!
I did not realize this company was based in China. SHOULD HAVE LOOKED AT THE SMALL PRINT. It takes a long time to receive the goods, they do not make this clear when you order.
They do not give refunds and you have to pay for the shipping if you want to return your goods. I ordered 3 wall lights, I have no idea when they will arrive. when I recive them they will go in to the rubish bin as I would not trust them to have been made safly.
I agree with all the reviewers who describe Beautiful Halo as a rip-off.
I bought a wall lamp that was incorrectly assembled and of poor quality: clearly not fit for purpose. When I complained I was told that it would be too expensive for me to return the goods to China, so they offered a measly 5% refund if I kept it.
Do not buy from these crooks.
In mid-Feb I ordered a pair of hanging lamps. As I needed them by mid-March I inquired about delivery time. I was assured it was not a problem. On March 11th I still had no info regarding the order so I emailed customer service telling them I was going to need to cancel the order. They reassured me it was about to be sent and thanked me for my patience with a 5% refund.
I still have not received the lamps (don't need them any longer), and now they refuse to refund purchase. They say its been shipped, but they've been saying that for a month, and there is not tracking info at Fed-Ex. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
Do not order. Light fixture was damaged. Not surprising when the wrapping was ridiculous. Not even safe to open, broken glass all over. Very very unprofessional.
Worst company , wrong products sent , would not exchanged or refund . Just happy to take your money !! Don’t buy from this company seriously.

I was forced to give one star to be able to write a review, but they do not even deserve that. THEY ARE STRAIGHT OUT CROOKS PEOPLE. They take advantage they are in China to get away with murder. I purchased a particular light fixture and received a completely different one, with the pieces loose in the box and no instructions. They refuse to deal with it and offered me a 10% compensation for my efforts, BUT NO REFUND. Lesson learned. I will not buy anything else directly from China anymore. CROOKS!!!!!!!
I ordered my wall sconces before I read the reviews and I was disturbed by what I read. But I was pleasantly surprised. They took two weeks to process it but, after that they kept me informed every step of the way. The parcel came in a timely manner, it was well wrapped, and in beautiful condition. I am very satisfied.

I agree with the 2 answers above. This company is terrible. Never received my order and they only refunded 66% of my payment because of shipping. IF i actually get a refund

I product I received was far from "Good Quality" and the company do not attempt to look after their customers.
No wonder they are angry.

Because this company's customer service standards are very different from US customer service standards. BeautifulHalo is not going to change. If you dont get your item - you're out of whatever you paid.
The sizes don't compare even when a buyer uses the charts provided. They will point to the positive reviews as proof they're doing find and imply that negative reviewers are just angry people.
